Our community offers garage parking for $125 - $200 per month and surface lot parking for $95 per month.
The Locks Apartment is pet friendly, allowing a max of two pets per home. There is a monthly pet of $35.00 for one pet and $50 for two pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The Locks do not have any breed restrictions.
Our community has one furnished apartment available on-site.
There are 5 total buildings on our property. Package lockers are located in select buildings. A team member delivers packages to the apartment that the package is addressed each day.

Our minimum lease term is 3 months.
Applying for residency in our community is straightforward. A non-refundable application fee of $50 per person covers the processing and screening costs. Along with the application fee, a reservation fee of $200 is required to secure your desired unit. As for the security deposit, it begins at $350 and may go up to one month's rent. We aim to provide a fair and transparent leasing process, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
Rent payments are made through the resident's portal. There are no fees if you pay with a checking account. There is an option to pay by credit card, which will include a convenience fee.
There is an additional $75 fee for cable and internet and an additional $25 for Valet Trash.
No utilities are included in the rent. Water and Sewer are based on RUBs and are paid with rent. Electricity is based on usage and paid to Dominion Power. There is no additional cost for gas.
Renter's insurance is required. Residents can select their own provider or enroll with the property's provider, Assurant.
All guests are welcome for up to 14 days. If the guest is staying longer than 14 days, they need to be approved by the leasing office. If guests are above 18 years of age and staying longer than 14 consecutive days, the leasing office will require a background screening to be added to the lease.
The Locks Apartments does not allow subletting.
